Sound healing has been practiced for thousands of years. The Aboriginals in Australia use the didgeridoo. Native Americans use drumming and flute. Tibetan singing bowls are used to heal. These practices help heal the body and mind through frequency and intention. Each of our body’s 50 trillion cells is in a constant state of vibration, and sound is vibration. Work with the sounds of beautiful crystal singing bowls to experience deep rest within, and allow our bodies to reset their systems.

Jessica Neideffer has been in her practice since 2007 and has worked with thousands of people in their process. She supports her clients by sharing tools and exercises as part of the personal development and healing practices she has refined over the years. She works with Reiki, Sound Healing, NLP, and different guided meditation techniques. She understands that each person moves through life issues in different ways, so she works with multiple modalities to assist individuals in their process, at their own pace. Learn more.
