There are times when stillness doesn't begin with becoming quiet -

Sometimes we need rhythm first. Something we can feel. Something that brings our attention out of the noise of the mind and back into the body.

Into the Body is a 75-minute sound experience centered around drum, voice, rattle, and gong.

Unlike a traditional sound bath where you lie down surrounded by singing bowls and other instruments, this experience is held entirely seated in chairs. The intention is to remain grounded and present while sound, rhythm, and vibration move through the space.

The Experience

We begin with a guided grounding and body-awareness meditation, giving you time to arrive, settle, and notice what is present before the sound begins.

Rattle gradually enters the meditation, creating a bridge from stillness into rhythm.

From there, the drum becomes the pulse.

Live drumming and intuitive voice are woven together—sometimes rhythmic, sometimes spacious, with moments of voice, vibration, breath, and silence. Rather than listening to a melody or following a performance, you are invited simply to experience what happens when the body is given rhythm and sound without needing to analyze or understand it.

As the experience deepens, the drum and voice give way to the expansive vibration of the gong. The rhythm that brought you into the body begins to open into a wider field of sound, eventually returning you toward quiet and stillness.

Rattle. Drum. Voice. Gong. Rattle. Silence.

The simplicity is intentional.

This experience isn't about how many instruments can fill the room. It's about giving each sound enough space to be felt.

Is This For You?

This experience may be for you if you are curious about sound healing but don't necessarily want a traditional lying-down sound bath; if you feel drawn to the grounding quality of rhythm and drum; if you want to experience the human voice as an instrument; or if you're simply looking for a different way to slow down, reconnect with your body, and listen.

No previous meditation or sound experience is necessary.

Come as you are.

With years of experience selecting and working with bowls, she brings a finely attuned ear for tone, resonance, and subtle shifts in the nervous system developed through direct practice and community offerings.

Her work centers on steadiness, internal alignment, and giving people practical tools they can carry into daily life.

Sound remains her primary medium — not as performance, but as a resource for presence, clarity, and self-trust.
