What is the best way to let go of resentment or anger, and forgive in a relationship? This is a troublesome area for virtually everyone. We may not be aware, in the moment, where our feelings are really coming from. We may think they are a direct result of what somebody else is doing to us, but often we’re simply revisiting old hurts, and reliving scenes from the past. Steven Manus, an Ananda minister and student of the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda, will offer a deeper, spiritual perspective, and practical methods for uprooting the fundamental causes of our pain, to help us heal both ourselves and our relationships with those dearest to us.
