The Long Exhale
As the rush of the holidays fades and the momentum of the New Year settles, this is an invitation to pause — not out of exhaustion, but with intention.
This first Full Immersion of 2026 is designed as a conscious closing of the holiday cycle, a release of 2025, and a grounded re-entry into the year ahead. Before acceleration begins again, before expectations take hold, this is space to let the body catch up with the turning of time.
With the arrival of the Year of the Fire Horse, clarity, movement, and forward energy will naturally build. This immersion offers the counterbalance — rest, integration, and nervous system regulation — so that what rises next comes from steadiness rather than strain.
You’ll be guided into comfort and presence before sound begins, allowing the system to soften and settle. The immersion itself weaves together gong, crystal bowls, voice, and drums, offered in a way that supports the body’s own capacity to recalibrate. Nothing is forced. Nothing is “done” to you. The sound creates the conditions — your system does the work.
This is a space to:
Close out the residue of the holidays and the past year
Integrate what 2025 asked of you
Ground the nervous system after New Year momentum
Prepare the body to meet the year ahead with clarity and resilience
We’ll begin with grounding and intention, enter the immersive sound journey, and close with spacious integration and reflection.
🧘 What to Bring
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort while lying down. An eye mask and extra blanket are highly recommended, as body temperature may drop during deep relaxation. A bolster or cushion under the knees can also help support the low back.
🌟 What to Expect
A serene environment designed for deep rest and regulation
Guided grounding and intention (10–15 minutes)
