Is This For You?
Have you enjoyed a sound bath but wished you could settle more deeply into it?
Do you find it hard to fully relax on a thin yoga mat or in a larger group?
Are you ready for more space — physically, sonically, and internally?
This Full Immersion Sound Bath is held for two or three guests. Each person rests on a six-inch-thick cushion, with a pillow and blanket provided. The small group leaves room to receive the sound and, afterward, reflect on your experience.
Two registrations are required for this session to run. Maximum three guests.
The Experience
We begin with 10 minutes of gentle grounding, breathwork, and meditation, giving you time to arrive and settle into your cushion.
Then, for 60 minutes, crystal singing bowls, gong, rattle, drum, and voice are woven together for full immersion. The placement of the bowls creates 180 degrees of sound around you. You are not simply listening to sound; you are inside it.
The final 20 minutes are held for re-grounding and reflection. You may share something about your experience with the small group if you choose, or simply rest in quiet.
This experience creates space to:
Release accumulated tension and slow racing thoughts
Reconnect with your body after long periods of mental activity
Make room for emotions and reflection
Experience deep rest without numbing
Find stillness in a small, contained group
What to Bring
Your cushion, pillow, and blanket are provided. You are welcome to bring your own pillow or blanket if you prefer, along with an optional eye mask or extra layer for warmth.
