Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and an optional eye mask to create your personal sanctuary of comfort.
Your evening begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle in and open to the energy of renewal. Julie will then craft a serene soundscape using singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments, enveloping you in waves of vibration that resonate through your entire being. As the healing sounds wash over you, Jennifer will channel gentle Reiki energy, helping to clear energetic blockages and amplify the restorative effects of the sound bath.

Julie Kalua is a passionate musician with expertise in music, singing, and piano. She has served as the buyer for East West Bookshop’s singing bowl department for 2 1/2 years. Julie’s love for sound and vibration inspired her to obtain a Life Changing Energy sound healing certification. Dedicated to helping others discover the healing power of singing bowls, she carefully selects each bowl for its resonance and healing vibration. Julie’s sessions are infused with her deep understanding of music’s transformative power and her commitment to helping others find balance through sound.
