This isn’t a class. It’s a shared experience of rhythm, presence, and connection.

In this circle, we’ll return to rhythm not as performance—but as a practice. A way to drop into the body, soften the mind, and feel the quiet steadiness that’s always been underneath. Long before words, there was rhythm. The beat of the drum, the pulse of the earth, the sound of something waking up inside.

You don’t need musical training. You don’t need to know “how” to drum. All that’s needed is your willingness to listen, to feel, and to let the rhythm move you.

Together we’ll explore simple guided beats, open play, and the healing energy that rises when we drum in community.

✨ Please bring your own drum—frame drums, djembes, shakers and other hand drums are all welcome
✨ A limited number of drums are available for purchase now and before the event, including:
 • 16" and 22" buffalo frame drums
 • Small and medium djembes
(Reach out if you’d like to reserve one.)
✨ No experience necessary—just bring your breath, your hands, and your heart

This is a space for deep presence, joyful release, and remembering who you are beneath the noise.

Come as you are. Let the rhythm guide you home.

Space is limited. Advance registration encouraged.
