Most Weekdays between 11-6

Rent our large event space for up to 70 people in downtown Mountain View. We are walking distance from endless dining opportunities, with ample free parking within a block. We’re ideally located in the heart of Silicon Valley, a few blocks from Caltrain and a few minutes drive from 101.

This large, well-lit space accommodates a wide range of room setups, and is available most weekdays between 11 am-6 pm.

 

Cost

1 hour or less: $150
2 hours: $250
3 hours: $350
4 hours $450

Tech Additions, if desired 

Sound system: $75
Projector: $75
Both: $125

Note: acoustics are excellent; sound system not needed for most meetings

A few things to know beforehand

We provide chairs, a few tables, tables, restroom, water cooler, and a terrific location. Sound/tech is available for an additional fee, as noted above. But we provide little to no staff support for your event, as we are busy with the store and customers.

The event room is large and set off from the rest of the store. But noise carries. So we can only accommodate events with reasonable sound levels. No rock concerts, primal screaming, or fireworks displays.

East West is a spiritual and uplifting bookstore. So if your meeting is titled “how to wage war” or “how to avoid paying taxes,” you’ll appreciate another location.
